“For several years now we have accepted referrals from Serve! and referred many clients to their program.  When we have had mutual clients we have been able to successfully collaborate with Serve! to share information (with client consent) about client needs and difficulties to help these clients/participants achieve success in the Serve! program.  For all of the clients we have shared over the past several years, every one of them had a positive experience, gained significant levels of relational competency, employability and self-confidence.  For many of them the Serve! program was the first time they were able to succeed in a work-like environment due to the excellent support, understanding and the high level of programming they received from the facilitators.  This is an invaluable program for youth who have so much potential but due to the barriers they face, have difficulties achieving success."
