Gateway Public School

This is a picture of Gateway Public School.  This is important and it represents the community because a lot of children from Flemingdon attend this school.  My youngest sister goes there as well.  It is mostly important because most of the kids went to this school when they were young and they spent several years there.  The teachers and the playground of the school are important to the people living in this community as well.  They learned a lot from the teachers and played a lot at the school’s playground with their friends.  Therefore they have a lot of memories attached with the school.

In our neighbourhood there are gangs and fights /
We know that stuff is just not right /
Some people get shout and killed around /
Sometimes in the night we hear those sounds /
What's scary is that might be our childhood memories /
We have to get out of our nightmares and into a fantasy /
But Serve helps us turn it around /
That's what I've found
