Free ESL Classes

The government of Toronto plans to help the new immigrants in many ways.  There are many organizations throughout the city that run free English classes to help the people who have difficulties in English.  Everyone is welcome, even the people who are refugees.  These organizations check the English level of the people who go there, to decide if they really need improvement.  There is a daycare facility available for women who have kids and want to join the classes.

Hi,

I have a friend of mine that recently immigrated a year ago to Toronto and she is looking to improve her English.  If you can direct me the hours and location of the free esl classes.  Thank you for your assistance.

Regards,
Richard Chan
