Snow Dirt

Canada is a country where most of the time, the season remains winter.  One of the most important factors of winter is snow.  Toronto has a problem of snowfall every other day.  When snow falls, it looks beautiful and people enjoy it a lot.  Kids play and make snowmen, and some young adults fight in the snow, which seems entertaining. But other than all the advantages of the snow it has some disadvantages as well.  On the second day of the snow it creates a great mess.  Once it starts to melt, it becomes icy and slippery which causes car accidents and other mishaps for pedestrians. It works like a stone between several diamonds. In other words, it spoils the beauty of the area.  The government should do something about it in order to avoid accidents and mishaps.

Picture Writing

The plaza in the picture is called Flemingdon Plaza.  It has a lot of shops.  The shops are really good.  There is also a McDonalds restaurant in that plaza.  It is very useful for people.  I remember how a guy had his breakfast there because he was running late.  In summing up, McDonalds is a very good shop.

Trash Bins

Trash bins were kept on the sidewalk.  I think the people in the trash department should be notified that trash bins are making the environment filthy and dirty.  Therefore they should be taken away from the sidewalks and should be placed in their designated area.

Free ESL Classes

The government of Toronto plans to help the new immigrants in many ways.  There are many organizations throughout the city that run free English classes to help the people who have difficulties in English.  Everyone is welcome, even the people who are refugees.  These organizations check the English level of the people who go there, to decide if they really need improvement.  There is a daycare facility available for women who have kids and want to join the classes.

Our Transportation System

Imagine your life without the TTC.  Everyone needs the TTC in order to complete their tasks. Especially in the winter.  There is not so impressive system of transportation in Toronto. Many students are facing difficulties because they have to wait especially for the #100 bus.  Sometimes two buses come at a time and sometimes students have to wait for 30 minutes.  My opinion is to make a proper system for buses so that people take benefits.
